A Quick Overview of Aeromexico
Aeromexico is the flag carrier airline of Mexico, which is also one of the four founding members of the SkyTeam airline alliance along with Air France, Delta Air Lines and Korean Air. The airline boasts a fleet of 71 and covers a network of more than 90 destinations.
Alliance SkyTeam founded in June 2000 has 19 members who collectively carry over 630 million passengers each year reaching over 1150 destinations. SkyTeam alliance and its members have 750 lounges worldwide. Passengers can access privileges based on the status of the member airline's frequent flyer program. SkyTeam has two frequent flyer program tiers which are Elite and Elite Plus are linked with the status of the airline membership programs.

Travel Class
Aeromexico provides 6 fare types in the cabin class
- Basic - The basic fare randomly assigns seat with a minimum baggage allowance. This fare type does not allow any upgrades and is subject to availability.
- Classic- The classic fare type in Aeromexico allows passengers to select a standard or preferred seat while accumulating more Puntos Premier. The seats can be upgraded to AM Plus or Clase Premier.
- Flexible- The flex fare type allows guests to change the date and time of the preferred flight at no additional cost. Passengers can accrue Puntos Premier while flying in this fare type and can select a standard or preferred seat.
- AM Plus- The plus fare type allows passengers to avail SkyPriority benefits where guests are given a priority at ticketing, baggage check-in, boarding and de-planing. The seats come with extra legroom, access to premium snacks and beverages.
- Comfort - Passengers flying in the Clase Premier are given preferential treatment and the seats have wide space and legroom. Guests are provided with an exclusive menu with premium hours d'ourves and drinks.
- Premier- The best service for guests in Premier class with top-notch service and preferential treatment and priority in everything. Aeromexico provides a complimentary date and time changes on domestic flights.
