The provision of travel reservation or booking management services by SearchOFlights does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or insurance of the products or services offered. In the event a supplier defaults prior to providing a paid service, your sole recourse for a refund shall be against the defaulting supplier, any insurance covering such defaults if available, or other responsible third parties, unless the loss was caused solely by SearchOFlights. In such cases, you may pursue remedies against the supplier as permitted by law.

SearchOFlights does not act as a principal but facilitates travel arrangements (such as flights and car rentals) that are convenient and cost-efficient for you.
The booking amount includes certain fees retained by the travel supplier(s) for their services, taxes, and other charges, in addition to the base price charged. This amount also includes the SearchOFlights Agency Service fee.
The booking amount may not cover additional charges for certain services (for example, baggage fees for items exceeding airline allowances or insurance/drop fees charged by car rental agencies) at the time of check-in. You are solely responsible for any such extra charges imposed by the Travel Supplier. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact the relevant Travel Supplier directly.
By making a booking, you authorize SearchOFlights and its affiliate companies to reserve travel services or enter into contracts on your behalf with the chosen airline for the total price displayed, including all applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to the airline’s or SearchOFlights’ services.
If you make a booking over the telephone, we may ask for essential information, including personal and payment details, to comply with the airline’s guidelines. The name and address details of you and/or any fellow passengers must exactly match those on a valid photo ID issued by the government authority of the traveler’s country of residence.
For international travel, it is essential to provide the passport details of all traveling members as requested. SearchOFlights expects and assumes that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please note that name changes will not be permitted by SearchOFlights or the associated travel suppliers, except in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of the booking or purchase.
We also assume that you are using your own credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other accepted payment method. If you are not the authorized holder of the payment method, you must have explicit authorization from the account holder to use it. Once a booking is confirmed, the payment will be processed from the specified payment method, and a confirmation invoice will be sent to you.
SearchOFlights is committed to providing you with a value-for-money travel experience. In rare instances, if you find a lower fare—either on SearchOFlights or on another U.S.-based online travel booking website—for the exact same flight itinerary within 24 hours of your booking, you may be eligible to claim the difference, cancel your booking at no charge, or request a full refund.
To process such a claim, you must provide documentation to SearchOFlights that clearly verifies all aspects of the lower fare, including departure and arrival dates, airline, class of service, and any other relevant conditions that match the original itinerary booked with us. The lower fare must also be publicly available for online booking at the time of verification.

An Infant is a traveler who should be under two years of age throughout the travel. If an infant turns two years of age during the travel he/she would not be eligible for infant fare and the airline will consider it as a child. With one adult, only one infant is allowed on the adult’s lap. If there are two infants with one adult then a second infant ticket will be booked under the applicable child fare.
In general, children between the ages of 5 and 17 Traveling alone, domestically or internationally, are considered as unaccompanied minors. Selected airlines facilitate a special often paid service from boarding at the departure airport to transferring the child to the authorized adult at the arrival airport. The terms, scope of service and fee vary from airline to airline. Some airlines allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights only. Some airlines do not allow minors to travel while not accompanied by an adult.
If you are traveling to an international destination, it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all foreign entry requirements. SearchOFlights does not provide information regarding visa, passport, or other travel document requirements and cannot be held responsible if you are denied boarding or entry into a country due to missing or invalid documentation.

Most airfares are non-refundable. However, in cases where the airline permits cancellations or exchanges, SearchOFlights works in coordination with the respective airline to help you receive a credit toward a future ticket booking with us. The value of this credit is determined strictly according to the airline's terms and conditions and is beyond our control.

If cancellation is allowed, you must exercise this option by calling our toll-free number before the scheduled departure of your flight. SearchOFlights does not guarantee the success of any cancellation request.
When redeeming a credit for a new booking, if the fare of the new ticket exceeds the available credit, you are responsible for paying the fare difference, along with any applicable airline penalties and SearchOFlights service fees. If the new fare is lower than the credit amount, the unused balance will be forfeited.

We are also not responsible for cancellations, overbookings, delays, re-routings, strikes, weather events, or governmental actions that may impact your travel plans. Furthermore, SearchOFlights does not guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions, photographs, amenities, star ratings, or discounts provided by third-party suppliers.
