All airline tickets are non-refundable once 24 hours have passed since the booking was made.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
No refunds will be issued in cases of check-in delays, no-shows, overbooking, strikes, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of SearchOFlights or the flight supplier.
Flight ticket charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the flight supplier. Cancellation requests will only be accepted via phone call.
Please note that acknowledgment of your cancellation or refund request by SearchOFlights does not guarantee approval or processing by the airline.
Refunds or waivers will only be processed if approved by the respective flight carrier.
The approval, amount, and release of any cancellation or refund are subject to the flight supplier’s terms and conditions.
SearchOFlights is not responsible for any delays caused by the airline in processing cancellation or refund requests.
The entire cancellation and refund process may take between 60 to 90 days from the date your initial request is submitted until the refund is credited to your account.
For security and privacy reasons, we require verification of your cancellation or refund request via email. Your cooperation is essential to ensure smooth processing; failure or delay in providing verification may result in processing delays, cancellation, or denial of your request.
In addition to airline charges and penalties, SearchOFlights will apply a post-ticketing service fee, where applicable. Refund fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis and will only be assessed if the refund is authorized by the supplier or a waiver is granted and permitted under airline/supplier rules. If the airline or supplier denies the refund, we will refund our post-ticketing service fees related to your agent-assisted refund request, but booking fees for the original airline ticket are non-refundable.
