    • No Flex Fares: Non-changeable and non-refundable. Changes are not permitted, but cancellations may yield partial BreezePoints credit.
    • Nice Fares: Changes are allowed up to 15 minutes before departure with no change fee, but fare differences apply.
    • Nicer and Nicest Bundles: Changes are allowed up to 60 minutes before departure with no change fee, including additional perks like baggage and priority boarding. Fare differences apply.
  • Fare Difference: If the new flight is more expensive, passengers must pay the fare difference. If less expensive, the difference is issued as BreezePoints, valid for 24 months, for Nice, Nicer, or Nicest fares. No Flex fares do not qualify for credits.
  • Change Deadline: Changes can be made up to 15 minutes before departure for Nice fares and 60 minutes for Nicer or Nicest bundles. No changes are allowed after departure or for No Flex fares.
  • No-Show Policy: If a passenger does not change or cancel before departure, the ticket loses its value, and no credit is issued, except for Freedom fares, which may allow flexibility.
  • Name Changes: Minor name corrections (e.g., misspellings) are permitted with valid identification, but full name changes or ticket transfers to another person are not allowed. Contact the Customer Service Centre for assistance.
  • Schedule Changes: For airline-initiated schedule changes:
    • Less than two hours: Passengers can change or cancel without fees, with credits valid for 24 months.
    • Two to three hours: Passengers can rebook to the same flight within two weeks without fees or fare differences.
    • More than three hours: Passengers can cancel for a full refund to the original payment method or rebook without fees.
  • Delays and Cancellations: If a flight is delayed or canceled by more than two hours due to airline issues, passengers can rebook within seven days to the same destination without fees or fare differences. For significant delays requiring overnight accommodations, Breeze may provide support, such as hotel vouchers.
  • Third-Party Bookings: For tickets purchased through travel agencies or third-party platforms, passengers must contact the booking agent to request changes, as Breeze’s policy may not directly apply.
