Flair Airlines Flight Change Policy

Overview

Flair Airlines allows passengers to modify flight bookings, including changes to dates, times, or destinations, subject to fare rules and availability. Changes can be made up to a few hours before departure, but fees and fare differences may apply.

Key Conditions
  • Changes are permitted for tickets booked directly through Flair Airlines’ website or contact center, but not for partially paid tickets or after a boarding pass is issued.
  • Flight changes must be made at least a few hours before the scheduled departure.
  • The new flight date must be within a specified period from the original booking date.
  • Passengers are responsible for any fare differences if the new flight is more expensive.
  • Changes to the country of origin are not allowed when modifying the travel route.
24-Hour Change Policy

For international or transborder flights, passengers can change their booking within a day of purchase without a fee, provided the flight is at least a week away. This applies only to flights operated and marketed by Flair Airlines. Domestic flights do not qualify for this free change policy.

TravelFlex Option

Passengers with TravelFlex or the Big Bundle can make one change per flight per passenger without a change fee, up to a few hours before departure. Fare differences may still apply. TravelFlex must be purchased at booking and applies to all passengers in the reservation.

Change Fees
  • A fee is charged per passenger per flight segment for changes made outside the free change window, with the amount varying based on the timing of the request.
  • Changes requested on the same day as departure must be confirmed a few hours before the scheduled time.
  • Name corrections are allowed up to a few hours before departure, but full name changes are not permitted.
How to Change a Flight

Passengers can modify their bookings through the following methods:

  • Online: Visit the “Manage My Booking” section on the Flair Airlines website, enter the booking reference and last name, select the flight to change, and follow prompts to choose new flight details and pay any fees or fare differences.
  • Phone: Contact Flair Airlines’ customer service team for assistance with changes, especially for same-day modifications.
  • Travel Agency: If booked through a third party, contact the agency to process changes, which may incur additional fees.
Additional Notes
  • All payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued if the new flight cannot be used within the specified period from the original booking date.
  • In case of flight cancellations by Flair Airlines, passengers may be rebooked on the next available flight at no extra cost or offered a refund under specific conditions, per Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
  • Changes within a few hours of departure are not possible online and require contacting the call center.
