Standard and Loyal Fares: One piece of hand luggage, max 7 kg, dimensions up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm (including handles, wheels, and pockets). Must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin.
FlyOne Priority Service (add-on) or Advantage Fare: Allows a second larger carry-on bag, max 10 kg, dimensions up to 50 x 40 x 25 cm. Combined weight of both bags must not exceed 10 kg. Priority boarding is included.
Personal Item: One additional item (e.g., coat, umbrella, camera, or small handbag) is allowed free of charge, but not for children under 2 years.
Children Under 2 Years: No personal item allowance, but a small bag with baby food (reasonable amount for the flight) is permitted.
Liquids: Containers up to 100 ml, placed in a 1-liter transparent, resealable plastic bag (total liquid volume not exceeding 1 liter).

Standard Fare: No free checked baggage allowance. Can be purchased separately:
Small bag (up to 10 kg, 115 cm total dimensions): €10–€20.
Standard bag (up to 20 kg, 158 cm): €15–€30.
Big bag (up to 30 kg, 158 cm): €30–€50.
Loyal Fare: Includes one checked bag up to 20 kg (158 cm).
Advantage Fare: Includes two checked bags (one up to 10 kg, one up to 20 kg).
Children Under 2 Years: 10 kg (50 x 40 x 25 cm) and a foldable stroller (free, not counted in baggage allowance)
Max Weight/Size Limits: No single bag can exceed 32 kg or 203 cm (height + width + length). Bags over 32 kg must be repacked into multiple bags.
Excess Baggage Fees:
Overweight/Oversized Bags:
Up to 10 kg excess: €45 per bag.
Up to 20 kg excess: €80 per bag.
Over 23 kg or 158 cm: €30–€70 depending on booking time (online vs. airport).
Gate Baggage Fee: €90–€105 for carry-on exceeding size/weight limits, transported as checked luggage.
Additional Bags: €85–€95 per extra bag (third bag or more).
Special Baggage:
Sports Equipment: Skis, golf bags, fishing, hockey, or lacrosse equipment count as one checked bag, subject to standard size/weight limits and fees (€30–€70). Must be pre-booked and properly packed.
Musical Instruments/Fragile Items: Can be carried in the cabin (CBBG) with an extra seat purchase, max 75 kg, dimensions up to 110 x 42 x 50 cm, properly packed for a passenger seat. Passenger is responsible for transport to/from the aircraft.
Pets: Cats and dogs allowed in the cabin (not in cargo hold) for €70–€140, max 8 kg (including container, 50 x 40 x 25 cm). Requires prior airline approval, pet passport, health certificate, vaccination record, and export/import permits. Not allowed to/from UK, Ireland, Dubai, or Portugal due to regulations.
Carry-On Baggage: Firearms, toy guns, sharp objects, explosives, and liquids over 100 ml. Electronic devices must be in airplane mode or turned off during flight.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Baggage:
Report issues at the airport’s “Baggage Claim” or “Lost Luggage” desk immediately upon arrival, filling out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Failure to report upon arrival voids FlyOne’s liability.
Compensation: Damaged baggage (€10/kg), lost baggage (€20/kg), delayed flight (€15/hour after 6 hours, up to €100; canceled flight up to €70 for accommodation, €23 for meals).
Baggage guarantee service (optional, €600 max coverage) can be added during booking.
