Overview
FlyOne Airlines allows passengers to change the name on a reservation under specific conditions, subject to a fee. This service enables transferring a booking to another person, provided the change is made within the stipulated time frame and the ticket has not been partially used.

- Name changes can be made up to four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
- Changes cannot be applied to partially used tickets or after check-in has been completed.
- Minor corrections (up to two letters in the first or last name) can be made free of charge at the airport check-in counter, provided the error is reported at check-in.
- Corrections due to legal name changes (e.g., marriage, divorce) are not permitted if they exceed two letters; refund rules apply in such cases.
- Changes can be made online via the My Bookings section on the FlyOne website, through the call center, or at the airport ticket office (no later than forty minutes before departure).
Process
To change a name, access the My Bookings section on the FlyOne website or app, log in to your MyFLYONE account, enter the reservation code and passenger details, and select the Make Changes option. Alternatively, contact the FlyOne call center or visit the airport ticket office.
