Online Changes

Passengers who booked through the Peach Airlines website or app can modify bookings via the "Manage Booking" section by entering their reservation reference and surname. Changes include flight date or time, subject to availability and fare rules.

Third-Party Bookings

For tickets purchased through travel agents, passengers must contact the issuing agent to request changes, as direct modifications through Peach are not permitted.

Fare Types and Change Rules

Peach offers three fare types: Minimum, Standard, and Standard Plus, each with distinct change policies:

  • Minimum: Flight changes are not permitted. Passengers must cancel and rebook, subject to cancellation fees.

If the new flight is more expensive, passengers must pay the fare difference. No refund or Peach Points are provided if the new fare is lower.

Time Limits

For Standard Plus fares, changes can be made up to an hour before departure. For Minimum and Standard fares, cancellation and rebooking must occur before departure, with specific deadlines based on fare rules. Changes to seat selection or baggage must be completed a few hours before departure for domestic flights and a day before for international flights.

Destination Changes

Standard Plus fares allow destination changes, subject to availability and fare differences. The segment order cannot be reversed. Minimum and Standard fares require cancellation and rebooking for destination changes.

Name Changes

Minor name corrections are allowed, such as a few character changes, with no fee if requested promptly. Major changes require documentation like a marriage certificate or divorce decree, and a fee may apply. Ticket transfers to another person are not permitted.

Airline-Initiated Changes

If Peach cancels or significantly delays a flight (an hour or more for domestic, two hours or more for international), passengers can rebook on an alternative Peach flight within a short period from the original departure date without fees or fare differences, or request a full refund. For delays due to airline reasons like maintenance, the rebooking period extends further.
