Pegasus Airlines Flight Change Policy

Pegasus Airlines offers flexibility for passengers to modify flight bookings under specific conditions, with rules and fees varying by fare type and timing. Below is an overview of the flight change policy based on available information.

Online Changes

Passengers who purchased tickets through the Pegasus website or mobile app can modify bookings via the "Manage My Booking" section by entering their reservation reference and surname. Changes include flight dates, times, and additional services like seat selection or baggage.

Third-Party Bookings

For tickets bought through travel agencies or unauthorized portals, changes must be requested through the issuing agent. Modifications via unofficial channels are not permitted.

Change Fees

Changes to flight date or time incur a fee per person, per segment, depending on the fare class (Essentials, Advantage, Comfort Flex) and route (domestic or international). No fees apply for changes made within a short period after booking: for flights booked more than a day before departure, changes within a day are free; for flights booked less than a day before departure, changes within a few hours are free. Additional service charges apply for changes made via the call center or airport. The Comfort Flex package may include free changes, subject to fare rules.

Pegasus Flex

Pegasus Flex, an optional product purchasable during booking, allows unlimited changes to date or route without a transaction fee, provided changes are made at least half a day before departure. The product transfers to the new ticket after a change.

Fare Differences

If the new flight is more expensive, passengers must pay the fare difference. No refund is provided if the new fare is lower, unless specified by fare rules.

Time Limits

Changes are not permitted less than a day before departure. Modifications must be completed within the allotted time frame, or the ticket may be considered a no-show, forfeiting its value except for refundable taxes.

Destination Changes

Passengers can change destinations to any route, subject to availability and fare differences, if the ticket allows. Comfort Flex package holders may change routes without a fee, but fare differences apply.

Name Changes

Ticket transfers to another person are not allowed, and name changes are generally not permitted, except during the option period for group bookings before ticketing is finalized.

Airline-Initiated Changes

If Pegasus cancels or reschedules a flight due to weather or operational issues, passengers can rebook on the same route without a fee, subject to availability, or request a full refund without deductions. Notifications are sent via email, SMS, or app.
