Tunisair Baggage Policy
Note: The following reflects Tunisair's baggage policy as of the latest available information, based on the "Piece Concept" policy. Policies may vary by route, fare type, or codeshare agreements.
Carry-On Baggage Allowance
Tunisair allows one piece of carry-on baggage plus one personal item per passenger, with weight and size restrictions based on cabin class. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 115 cm (45 in), including handles, pockets, and wheels.

- Bulkhead seats lack under-seat storage during takeoff and landing, requiring all carry-on to be stowed in overhead bins.
- Additional items like coats, umbrellas, canes, or duty-free bags are permitted free of charge and do not count toward the allowance.
- Liquids in carry-on must be in containers of 100 ml or less, placed in a 1-liter transparent, resealable plastic bag. Exceptions include baby food, medicines, or dietary items needed during the flight.
- Carry-on exceeding size/weight limits may be checked into the hold with additional fees. On flights with 50 seats or less, only one personal item is allowed due to limited overhead space.
- Enforcement of carry-on limits may vary, with reports of lax checks at some airports (e.g., Tunis) but stricter enforcement at others (e.g., European airports).
Checked Baggage Allowance
Tunisair uses the Piece Concept for checked baggage, with allowances varying by route and cabin class. Each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions (length + width + height) or 32 kg (70.5 lbs). A maximum of 10 pieces per passenger is allowed in the hold.
